Formatting Guide and Instructions for Submission
This is the Formatting Guide and Instructions for Submission of papers, fact sheets information sheets, photographs that will be referenced by Number and Short Extract. ALL Articles will be converted to AdobePDF format to provide protection from alteration. The information contained in these submissions remains the property of the author(s).
Submissions Formatting: - T E X T
Typed or Word Processed Text Preferred.
NOT greater than 500 words.
Be in STANDARD text(arial, times roman)and fonts (12point).
May include underline, bold, or italics as required.
Submissions Formatting: - P H O T O G R A P H S
Scan photographs at highest resolution.
Scanned photographs REDUCED to fit within 6cm x 9cm space.
Resulting Images saved at 256 colours.

NB. The quality of a document faxed, then scanned, may be
less presentable than desired for public display.
